Return & Refund Policy

Easy returns

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos and we will arrange an exchange or refund.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders, within 7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
